Founded in 1963, the Korean Academy of Dental Business Administration (KADA) is an academic society devoted to the management and administration of dental care. We treat the entire journey of dental knowledge — from science to chairside, through systems, ethics, people, and policy — as a field of scholarship.
Each year we host our annual conference, a Quality Improvement competition, a Mini MBA course, and quarterly colloquia, and we publish the KCI-indexed Journal of the Korean Academy of Dental Business Administration.

The academy was established to study how dentistry should be delivered to patients.
The academy launched its official journal for research in dental administration and management, later earning KCI (Korea Citation Index) accreditation.
The annual conference, QI competition, and Mini MBA course became regular programs, bridging scholarship and practice.
Five funded research projects were selected — spanning career transition support, home-care management, maternity protection, ESG indicators, and workplace environment metrics.
